Every day you see or hear in the world the abuses against children in all cultures. One day forget what we were and what we wanted or did not have that lack of respect and consideration, just for the reasons for lack of a modern evolution? Since the enactment of the 1989 Convention has been adapting domestic legislation to the principles enshrined in the Declaration. Although legislation and the legal system of each country are usually different, almost all the countries have been devoting special measures for their protection, the legislative and even constitutional rights. Among the Rights of the Child are:
1. Children have the right to life.
2. Children have the right to play.
3. Children have the right to freedom and to share their views with others.
4. Children have the right to make known their views and express their ideas.
5. Children have the right to a family.
6. Children are entitled to protection during armed conflict.
7. Children have the right to freedom of conscience.
8. Children have the right to protection from neglect or negligent treatment.
9. Children have the right to protection against child labor.
10. Children have the right to adequate information.
11. Children have the right to protection from trafficking and abduction.
12. Children have a right to know and enjoy our culture.
13. Children have the right to protection from landmines.
14. Children have the right to protection from all forms of exploitation.
15. Children deserve to grow up in a family to give them affection and love.
16. Children have the right to a name and a nationality.
17. Children have the right to food and nutrition.
18. Children have the right to live in harmony.
19. Children have a right to fun.
